Feb 2023 - Jul 2025As Belva Digital’s first in-house Creative Director, I’ve had the chance to lead a team of 30+ creatives, shaping a culture rooted in collaboration, growth, and meaningful work. In that time, we helped reposition the agency into a strong Martech contender and earned both local and global recognition for our campaigns.
One of my first tasks was to lead the agency’s rebrand into a Martech-focused model. This move helped us open doors with larger clients and compete on a new level. Alongside that, I launched our in-house production arm and introduced upselling strategies that expanded both our services and agency revenue.
Through deep collaboration with the team, we grew our client portfolio by 47%, bringing on brands like Viya Health, Inchcape, Kenafric, Kenya Power, KWAL, Lemfi, Rubis, TBC, Indigo homes, Zuku, African Originals, and Cold Solutions. We hit a 62.3% win rate, of the highest in the agency’s history.
Our campaigns ranged from purpose-led initiatives, like building schools in Salgaa with World Vision, to advocacy work around sexual and reproductive health for young women. Many of which received industry attention and helped the agency cement its position as a trusted creative partner.

Populating each facility file on the action plan template with the status with a view of establishing the recovery action to peruse as per the matrix of ability and willingness to pay
Provide reduction figures (recoveries, write-offs/downs upgrades on NPLs on a monthly basis
Compiling and submit the monthly returns within the set deadlines
Maintaining a daily system to ensure effective follow up
Call and negotiate with customers to submit repayment proposals.
Initiating legal action (default notices) where necessary for both secured and unsecured debt.
